Netiquette Applicable to the Publication of Content on Social
Media Pages Connected to the Québec Portal, the Citizens Website and Enterprises
Netiquette is a set of rules governing
conduct and courtesy in Web-based communications. To ensure healthy and
constructive discussions, the netiquette below must be respected in any
messages you publish on social media pages connected to the Québec Portal, the
Citizens website and the Enterprises website.

with the Québec Portal, Citizens website and Enterprises website.
Citizens can express themselves freely on
these social media pages, in a spirit of civic-mindedness. Everyone is free
to make comments, ask questions and mention feelings to provide input for a
healthy, constructive discussion. Respect and courtesy are essential to
ensure that the discussions remain profitable for everyone.
For this reason, any content that is
- discriminatory, defamatory, abusive, coarse, hateful or offensive,
or has sexual connotations;
- promotional or advertising-related, whether personal or
- unrelated, muddled, inaccurate or untruthful;
- posted repeatedly in a short space of time;
will be deleted without further notice.
It is important to note that comments
