In Québec’s college system, the tuition fees payable by foreign students are semester/session-based. They vary depending on the program of studies selected.

In addition to tuition fees, there are admission fees, registration fees, student services fees, fees for educational supplies, contributions to student associations and health/hospitalization insurance premiums. Under certain conditions, individuals may be exempted from paying the tuition fees usually payable by foreign students. Please consult the section entitled
Supplemental tuition fee exemption program for further information on the eligibility categories.
Within the subsidized private college system, the Department of Education, Recreation and Sports (MELS) determines the additional financial contribution payable by foreign students. In addition, foreign students are required to pay the private tuition fees set by the college themselves. For information on these fees, please contact the college you would like to attend.
