Québec Government representative: Marc T. Boucher

Marc T. Boucher was appointed as head of the Québec government office in Chicago on July 9, 2007.

He has wide-ranging experience with the Québec Government in the field of international relations. He led the government offices in Los Angeles (2000-2005), Atlanta (1994-1996) and Louisiana (1980-1983), and has served as an adviser in New York City and London. He has also held management positions at the Ministère des Relations internationales.

Marc T. Boucher was a guest professor from 2005 to 2007 at the École nationale d’administration publique (ENAP).
