Tuition fees
Foreign students pay tuition fees at all levels of post-secondary education.
However, a limited number of foreign students from countries with which Québec has signed a tuition fee agreement may be exempted from the extra tuition fees charged to foreign students, and pay the same fees as students from Québec. They are still responsible for paying the other fees charged when they register, which include health and hospital insurance coverage.
