New Advances to Support Agricultural Producers

La Financière agricole du Québec publishes its report on compensation advances paid since the beginning of 2011, and those to be paid by the end of August, to agricultural producers insured under the Farm Income Stabilization Insurance Program (ASRA).

These advances are paid to producers insured under ASRA, according to fluctuating market conditions, when the average selling price of a product is lower than stabilized income.
