Money-Services Businesses – New legislation in force as of April 1, 2012

The Money-Services Businesses Act and its regulations will come into force on April 1, 2012.

Businesses that are already carrying on activities on April 1, 2012 will have a six-month transitional period to file a licence application with the Autorité des marchés financiers.
