2.4% indexation of the Community organization support program (PSOC)

This indexation brings the budgetary envelope for nearly 3500 organizations to $493 million.
 

The health and social services Community organization support program, which has existed since 1973, is the government’s oldest and largest financial support program for community organizations. It has three main objectives: recognize and promote the action of community organizations; offer support and information to them; and provide them with financial support to fulfil their respective missions.
