The bureau de décision et de révision has for mission to offer to the Autorité des marchés financiers, to financial sector participants and to the public in general an independant and impartial tribunal specialized in the financial sector that seeks to preserve the confidence of investors in the financial sector, preserve the efficiency in the market and the public protection and foster access to reliable, accurate and complete information on the financial participants and on the financial products and services offered.

The Bureau operates under the authority of the Minister of Finances and Economy.
